At Bonniecrete Construction our team has over 30 years of concrete experience. We’ve been operating in the lower mainland for the last 15 years and have become a trusted name in concrete restoration. We take pride in our work and back it up with a 5 year warranty.
Our lifting process is environmentally friendly. Lifting is accomplished by drilling holes in the concrete pad, approximately every 4 feet then hydraulically pumping a mix of sand, cement, water and bentonite clay. Once the slab is back in place we fill the holes with grout or grout and rocks in the case of exposed aggregate slabs. The water then evaporates and the cement hardens leaving solid ground beneath your slab where once it was hollow. This also has the effect of stabilizing the slab.
Though we specialize in raising your sunken concrete slabs we also take on small concrete removal and placement jobs. Maybe your concrete is just too worn and broken to be lifted or you’d like a new sidewalk? Even though we do this type of work less frequently than lifting, it still receives the same attention to detail as all our other endeavours.
