Repair – Don’t Replace

We’ll raise your sunken concrete from the dead.

Trip Hazard Removal

We specialize in lifting sunken concrete. Size and thickness don’t matter. We lift them all.

Concrete Restored

First we drill holes in the concrete pad, and then hydraulically pump an environmentally safe mixture underneath to lift.

Repair it!

Do you have a settling or sunken driveway, garage, sidewalk, patio, or pool deck? If so, you’re in the right place. Don’t replace, we lift concrete! Save yourself hundreds, even thousands of dollars!

Trip Spot Removal

In almost all cases your best option and definitely your most economical option is to have it repaired and lifted back into place instead of replaced. Uneven settling caused by poor drainage or sub-standard compacting at time of construction can create dangerous tripping hazards which could lead to injuries and liability claims. This can also create structural issues and lead to higher repair expenses if left unchecked.

No More Water Pooling

Poor quality fill, sub-standard compaction practices and inadequate drainage all lead to concrete settlement. More often than not settling occurs evenly and you don’t even notice it has occurred. It is the uneven settlement (one side sinking faster than the one beside it) that causes trip hazards, negative slopes, and water pooling. Conditions like these require urgent repair as they only get worse and lead to larger problems down the road.

Environmentally friendly

Lifting is accomplished by drilling holes in the concrete pad, approximately every 4 feet then hydraulically pumping a mix of sand, cement, water and bentonite clay. Once the slab is back in place we fill the holes with grout or grout and rocks in the case of exposed aggregate slabs.
